SMS-Magic is now Lightning Ready – What does it mean for you?
With Salesforce moving to the Lightning interface, we had been receiving a lot of inquiries from prospects and customers for a lightning ready interface for SMS-Magic Interact. We are proud to announce that we have received the official ‘Lightning Ready’ sash from Salesforce. Lightning experience, as the name suggests, is an interface that helps to speed up your communication and enhances your user experience. As Mike Rosenbaum, Executive Vice President of Sales Cloud, Salesforce says – “Salesforce Lightning is the new standard for CRM and it will accelerate success for every Salesforce customer.” The lightning experience gets you a completely reimagined user interface with a seamless experience across all your devices. Relevant information is surfaced for each screen, streamlining processes and making workflows more intuitive. In our last product release of SMS-Magic Interact in December 2016, we announced the new interface of selected features for Salesforce Lighting – ‘Sending Single and Bulk messages’. You can see their ‘Lighting Ready’ interface in the below image: Like the new interface? We will get you the Lightning ready interface for all SMS-Magic Interact features soon enough. However, you can still use all SMS-Magic features – create templates, schedule messages, automate texts on workflows – in the Salesforce Lightning interface in a seamless manner without having to switch to the Salesforce Classic view. So, for all of you who have moved to Salesforce Lightning, you can now use SMI in your Salesforce Lightning Org without any hiccups.
