  • SMS from only one configuration will be send if User has configured “multiple workflows” with same configuration.
  • When we create workflow on “contact object” SMS are not send to person account. To send SMS to person account you have to create workflow on account object.
  • Salesforce has “limit of 5” concurrent Jobs. To overcome this limit, Batches are “processed in queue”, depending on availability of Salesforce resource.
  • Any Object not relatable to tasks is not supported i.e. Campaign member object is not supported.
  • Event object is partially supported.
  • When we create workflow on “campaign” 5000 records generally gets delivered within 5 mins. Any delays in deliveries are majorly based upon salesforce organization limits and resource availability.
